An essential event, not surveillance.
When a user registers entry or exit through the QR code provided by the organisation, Ixotrack links the event to the user identifier and stores the server-generated timestamp. GPS coordinates, routes, movements, audio and video are not collected.

Ixotrack uses Infomaniak infrastructure. According to the provider’s public documentation, relevant service data is hosted in its Swiss data centres. Switzerland benefits from an adequacy decision of the European Commission for personal-data transfers.
